Orientation

We begin with an introductory meeting. During this meeting, we explain the advisory process and the associated costs. If desired, you will immediately receive an estimate of the maximum mortgage amount you can borrow and an indication of the monthly payments. If you decide to move forward, an engagement letter will be drawn up, detailing the services provided and the rates for our services. This way, you’ll know exactly what to expect. The initial consultation is entirely on us.

Inventarisation & Analysis

To create a personalized client profile, we assess your wishes, future plans, lifestyle, and financial situation (for example, if you have savings or financial obligations). We also want to know if you have experience with financial products and how willing you are to take risks or if you prefer more certainty.

Advice

In this step, we determine which financing option is most beneficial for you. We take into account your current and future living situation, as well as potential risks such as death, disability, and unemployment. The personal advice will outline the best mortgage type and fixed interest period for you, the maximum monthly payments you’re willing and able to make, and which mortgage products and lenders are most suitable for your situation.

Brokerage

We compare the most favorable interest rates and conditions from different banks and lenders for you. The offers that arise from this comparison will be reviewed and discussed with you. Once you’ve made a final choice, the mediation process begins. We will also assist with all administrative matters related to finalizing the mortgage, including relevant insurance policies and all interactions with the bank/lender, notary, real estate agent, and appraiser.

Keeping Your Mortgage Up-to-Date

Of course, we remain available after the mortgage has been finalized. In the future, changes may occur, such as shifts in legislation, interest rates, or your personal (family) situation. With our aftercare, we work with you to ensure that your mortgage continues to fit your situation optimally.
